Who We Are
Grange Farms International is incorporated by Victor Grange, as a modern third generation Plantation farming business that was started in the late 1800s on the Island of Bioko (formerly called Fernando Poo, West Africa) by the Grange family. The plantation farming started with Banana as export crop to England, latter Cocoa was introduced as the main cash crop; and roots crops, vegetables and fruits as a secondary Agri-business.
Victor Grange is a third generation Agro-entrepreneur, PC-entrepreneur, a graduate in Chemical Engineering Technology, a Quality Engineer, an International Trade Professional of FITT-Canada, Environmental Protection Technologist, Post-Graduate in E-Commerce, Masters in Project Design & Management (in progress), a Pan-African Politician, retired Canadian 32 Combat Engineer Regiment officer, an “Applied General Chemistry” lecturer of UNGE (National University of Equatorial Guinea) and a former Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Foods of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea (2016-2018). The vision to establish a Green Industrial Contract Agriculture company came from working in Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Canada and his visit as a Minister of Agriculture to the Kingdom of Morocco, China, India, North Korea, Ghana and Germany; thereafter Victor Grange came to the conclusion that “Africans must approach farming with an Agro- MSME mindset, be multi-disciplinary and be focus on making money and creating wealth; the modern farmers to-day in Africa, must transform into agro-entrepreneurs and must implement Best Farming Practices for sustainable farming practices to guarantee minimal environmental impact, maximum yield and farm profit.”
Grange Farms International has its head office in Ontario, Canada and shall be incorporated in Equatorial Guinea and other African Countries.
Grange Farms International as an Accelerator company, is focused on practicing Best Farming Practices (maintain Farm certification, compliance and Standards such as BRCGS, HACCP, GlobalGAP, ISO 22000), and applying the latest most disruptive Tech for Food production, Precision Agriculture technology, AI, Agric-IT and other innovations in Agriculture; to guarantee a sustainable, efficient and profitable Industrial Contract Green Agriculture farming that includes Soil-less or Vertical Agriculture, Green Protein farming (Animals, Poultry, Insects and Fishes) and Bio-mass farming.
WHAT WE DO
In Grange Farms International, we use the 80/20 business principle, train in Best Farming Practices and adapt the pragmatic Green Agriculture Production methodology of the Netherlands and Israel to the African farming reality. We promote the establishment of Independent Agro-MSMEs businesses in the private sector of the 54 countries of the AfCFTA.
Grange Farms International shall implement Best Farming Practices to ensure continuous Quality improvement of the production process and the accuracy process being use on its farms. Also, shall apply Innovations in Tech for Food production, Precision Agriculture, Vertical Farming, Protein & Meat production technology, Robotic Agriculture, Irrigation system and Re-cycle Rain water solutions, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Agro-Drones, Agric-Apps, etc; to guarantee a profitable 7-day/15-day/30-day continuous agric-production and supplies to its wholesale Agro-MSME buyer-Clients.
